John Child brings a hands-on approach to every project, overseeing everything from sales and budgeting to intricate construction and design details. He has successfully managed over 25 new construction projects from start to finish, demonstrating particular expertise in the municipal zoning and construction permitting process. With a BA in Accounting from Loyola University and a background in equity derivative sales at Morgan Stanley, John is equipped with strong financial acumen. John is also a licensed real estate salesperson and title insurance producer, offering a blend of experience in the real estate, construction, and financial industries.

Growing up working with his contractor father, Christian found his passion for construction early on. After graduating from Montclair State University, Christian pursued a career in the real estate industry. Since 2009, he’s been leading First Equity, focusing on real estate acquisition, project management, and overseeing residential assets. Known for his leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to quality, Christian embodies the character traits essential for running a successful construction company.

With an illustrious career spanning over two decades in residential construction, Greg is a seasoned expert in every aspect of the field. Greg's recent tenure with G. Martin Builders saw him excelling as the on-site foreman and finish carpenter, with a primary focus on prestigious multimillion-dollar residential projects at the Jersey Shore.

With a wealth of experience and a sterling reputation in the industry, Greg brings unparalleled expertise to our team. His dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is evident in every project he undertakes. Kelli Tanner

Administration

Meet Ms. Kelli Tanner, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Since joining First Equity in 2006, she has expertly overseen our accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, record-keeping, and various administrative tasks, ensuring our financial records are meticulously maintained and all paperwork is handled efficiently.

Before her time at First Equity, Ms. Tanner gained valuable experience in administration and accounting with an integrated computer design and software company. Her diverse background and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable member of our team at First Equity Homes.
