He has successfully managed over 25 new construction projects from start to finish, demonstrating particular expertise in the municipal zoning and construction permitting process. With a BA in Accounting from Loyola University and a background in equity derivative sales at Morgan Stanley, John is equipped with strong financial acumen. John is also a licensed real estate salesperson and title insurance producer, offering a blend of experience in the real estate, construction, and financial industries.

Growing up working with his contractor father, Christian found his passion for construction early on. After graduating from Montclair State University, Christian pursued a career in the real estate industry. Since 2009, he’s been leading First Equity, focusing on real estate acquisition, project management, and overseeing residential assets. Known for his leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to quality, Christian embodies the character traits essential for running a successful construction company.

Meet Ms. Kelli Tanner, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Since joining First Equity in 2006, she has expertly overseen our accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, record-keeping, and various administrative tasks, ensuring our financial records are meticulously maintained and all paperwork is handled efficiently.
